Where can I buy tickets?
I tried to access the ticketing site; but it says “The event is currently not available”.
Tickets may be purchased through www.sistic.com.sg/events/t2diamondSG. The link is case sensitive. Please make sure to end the link with ‘SG’ that is in caps.
What are the payment modes available through the ticketing site?
All major credit cards, online transfer methods and NETS are accepted on SISTIC.
Can I buy my ticket on site or on the day of the event?
Yes, you may buy your tickets on site, however we advise that you purchase your tickets as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Can I pay for my tickets using Alipay or WeChat Pay?
For Alipay or WeChat Pay, please purchase your tickets from SISTIC authorized agents. For a list of Authorized Agents, please see this link: https://www.sistic.com.sg/agents.
What is a Day Pass?
Each day will have two (2) sessions.
- Session 1: 11:30AM
- Session 2: 06:30PM
A Day Pass will allow you access to both sessions for that day.
What is a Youth Day Pass?
A Youth Day Pass is available for purchase only for those who are 5 – 17 years old. This allows access to both sessions per day.
- Session 1: 11:30AM
- Session 2: 06:30PM
Youth Day Pass holders are required to provide age verification. Please make sure to bring a Valid ID or Student Pass.
How many matches will there be in one session?
One session will have (4) matches. For example:
Ma Long vs Fan Zhendong
Han Ying vs Sophia Polcanova
Timo Boll vs Dimitrij Ovtcharov
Bernie Szocs vs Ding Ning
Can I bring a child with me?
Yes, you may bring a child with you provided that the child is at least 5 years old. All children under 5 years of age are discouraged to enter the T2Cavern. All children 5 years old and above are required to bear a ticket.
Who will play in the Seamaster T2 Diamond 2019 Singapore?
Qualified players for Seamaster T2 Diamond 2019 Singapore will only be available after the ITTF World Tour German Open on October 14, 2019. The confirmed list of players is expected to be announced by the end of October via T2 Diamond social media and also will be updated on SISTIC.
